Experience
Boris is a Business Psychologist with experience in human performance, artificial intelligence, and technology-use. He joined BUIC in 2025 as a tutor in psychology. Having worked with high-performance teams across both corporate and sports settings, Boris likes to mesh psychological expertise with a practical understanding of how people and systems interact under pressure. His PhD research explored trust and technology use between humans and machines, focusing on how design, social dynamics, and context shape effective human-machine interaction. His research interests are often guided by a passion for statistics, psychometrics, and predictive modelling, and finding solutions that are both robust and ethical.
