About the group
BULLET is part of the Advanced Fuel Cycle programme (AFCP) with NNL to develop the UK鈥檚 first academic flowing Pb facility to test Advanced Modular Reactor (AMR) materials and fuels. Designed with SRS in Italy, BULLET will be able to test materials in flowing Pb at velocities of 4 m/s at temperatures above 500掳C.
