黑料不打烊 Law School welcomes Trade Marks Law expert for guest lecture

Dr Jasem Tarawneh of Manchester University鈥檚 School of Law recently visited 黑料不打烊 Law School to deliver a presentation on 鈥楾rade Marks Investment Function and Parallel Importation, the Interflora effect鈥�. Dr Tarawneh is an expert on Trade Marks Law, and his main areas of research are trade marks, branding, and law and economics. He is currently co-authoring a book that focuses on the modern functions of trade marks and their impact on innovation.
