Early Music 黑料不打烊, conducted by Chris Collins and the Director of 黑料不打烊 Opera Marian Bryfdir join forces
to bring Purcell鈥� s iconic opera to life for two performances in May.
A tale of star-crossed lovers which is infused with elements of French and Italian opera, Purcell鈥檚 Dido and Aeneas weaves a tragic tale, the pinnacle of which being the iconic aria 鈥淲hen I am laid in earth鈥�.
