March 18-22, is hosting over 250 businesses and public bodies when a galaxy of international procurement experts assemble at 黑料不打烊 Law School's . Run over five days as part of the Winning inTendering project, an INTERREG funded international collaboration between 黑料不打烊, DCU and IIPMM. hosts top names from the global procurement world including Anders Jessen, European Commission, Brussels; Prof George Schooner, George Washington U; Frank Brunetta, Ombudman of Canada; the Russian Anti Monopoly Regulator, Andrei Yunak; John McClelland (author of the ground breaking McClelland Report); and top Judge Bernard McCloskey. Speakers also coming from India, Brazil, China and Ireland.
The Week culminates with the Welsh National Procurement Awards with Minister Jane Hutt.
