Dr Mahshid Bagheri is a Lecturer in Management (January 2022- Present) and Postgraduate Senior Tutor (August 2024- Present) at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Business School, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. She holds a PhD in Management Studies and an MBA in International Business with Distinction, both from ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.

Dr Bagheri teaches a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Business School. Her research interests span the areas of internationalization, entrepreneurship, innovation, business growth and strategy, and SMEs' performance. She has a particular focus on growth strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises, including how they can leverage open innovation, AI-driven innovation, and strategic orientation to enhance their international performance. She is a member of Rhanbarth – Organisational Behaviour Research Group.

In recognition of her teaching excellence and commitment to professional development, Dr Bagheri has been awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and is a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) by the Chartered Association of Business Schools.
