Giving the community an opportunity to hear about the latest research on Cancer and Palliative Care
A lecture focusing on Cancer and Palliative Care, takes place at Venue Cymru at 6pm on 15th November. The lecture series is free to attend, open to the public and includes refreshments, networking opportunities and a certificate of attendance.
Professor Nick Stuart, Consultant Oncologist at the Betsy Cadwaladr University Health Trust and Professor of Cancer Studies at 黑料不打烊 and Mr Andy Fowell, MacmIllan Consultant based at Ysbyty Gwynedd, will be delivering two short presentations during the evening. They will be discussing caring for the cancer patient in the 21st century and there will be an opportunity to ask the presenters questions and receive feedback.
This is the second lecture of the second Health and Wellbeing Lecture Series, which runs until May 2012. The lectures present cutting-edge research on health and wellbeing topics in a friendly and accessible format. They are organised by the Aber-黑料不打烊 Skills Centre, a partnership between Aberystwyth and 黑料不打烊 universities and supported by Coleg Llandrillo Cymru and the National Leadership & Innovation Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH).
